What makes this shop my primary choice in the Panama City Beach area is the culture of mechanical integrity established by the General Manager, Joshua G. The employees at Beach Auto Care are dedicated to going above and beyond as a means of demonstrating operational efficiency and mechanical integrity towards each and every one of their customers’ vehicles, while ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. They reassured me that my vehicle was in the best of hands and made my overall experience pleasant and fruitful. I would like to offer a commendation to Assistant Manager Marissa H., and Senior Service Advisor David K., who greeted me with absolute professionalism and respect. Marissa provided the technical reassurance that my vehicle was in optimal condition and made the overall experience both enjoyable and comfortable while David’s profound level of technical knowledge and transparent communication cultivate a level of consumer confidence that is rare to see and highly appreciated. I can't say enough wonderful things about Beach Auto. I had a tire blowout today and had my truck towed there and I picked up my truck same day a few hours later. This is one of many things they have done for me and my family. They are honest, reasonable and caring. The entire team is just the best. I had intermittent problems with dash instrumentation display going out. I stopped and without an appointment had diagnostic check done. Receptionist and staff were so kind and prompt to take care of me. And no charge for the diagnostic check. It's refreshing to see a business that wants to help people and not just make a buck!

We are visiting from Illinois and the check engine light came on in our vehicle. I stopped in and spoke to Josh, explained that my code reader indicated a faulty O2 sensor. Josh explained what could cause this code and suggested a diagnostic be done before simply changing parts. Diagnostic was done, sensor changed and we are back on the road. Great staff from Josh, to the office staff, to the technicians. Highly recommend.
